技術說明

本發明提供一種觸覺感測陣列及其製造方法，其結構包含複數位於不同層之第一、二電極、分別包覆第一、二電極交錯處之導電體，及包覆第一、二電極及導電體之包覆層，各第一、二電極由彈性線體繞設螺旋狀導電線體構成；製造時，於模具中注入包覆層溶液，再間隔併列設置複數第一電極，各第一電極再設有複數導電體溶液滴，並將複數第二電極設於該些導電體溶液滴，之後再注入包覆層溶液，並進行真空、加熱及脫膜。藉此，本發明之觸覺感測陣列具有高延展性、高彈性及低製造成本之功效，並使其覆蓋在複雜表面上使用時，可避免在高度變形下損壞。 This invention provides a tactile sensing array and a manufacturing method thereof. The tactile sensing array comprises a plurality of first electrodes and second electrodes in different layers, a plurality of conductive bodies respectively wrap crisscross formed by the first electrode and the second electrode, a package layer wraps first electrodes, second electrodes and conductive bodies. The first electrode and the second electrode are respectively formed by an elastic rope spirally winded by a conductive wire. Hence, this invention can have high ductility, high elasticity, low manufacturing cost, and when the tactile sensing array of this invention covers a complex surface, it can avoid damage in high deformation.
