技術說明

本發明提供一種白光發光二極體結構及其製造方法，提供一基板，其上設有複數個發光二極體晶片，噴塗螢光粉於發光二極體晶片上，再將發光二極體晶片利用暫時性接著劑黏至於暫時性基板上，研磨基板底部，並以發光二極體為單位，切出複數凹槽於基板底部，並在基板上鍍上反射層，接著將暫時性接著劑與暫時性基板移除後，分離發光二極體晶片，形成一基板之兩側各設有一斜面部，基板之外層鍍有一反射層，而基板上設有一有噴塗螢光粉之發光二極體晶片。本發明可使光線均勻反射，激發發光二極體晶片上之螢光粉，使白光發光二極體發出均勻的白光。 The present invention provides a white light LED structure and manufacturing method thereof, providing a substrate, provided thereon with a plurality of LED chips, spraying the phosphor powder onto the LED chips, and LED chip is, using a temporary adhesive, adhered to the temporary substrate. The substrate bottom is polished, and a plurality of indentation grooves is cut out on the substrate bottom, and the substrate is formed thereon with the reflective layer. Subsequently, after the temporary adhesive and the temporary substrate are removed, the LED chip is separated to form a substrate provided with an inclined surface each on both sides. The substrate's outer layer is plated with a reflective layer, and the substrate is provided with an LED chip with spraying phosphor. The present invention can make the light reflection homogenized, and excite the LED chip's phosphor to let the white light LED uniformly shine the white light.
