技術說明

本發明係關於一種具口腔保健功能之複合物及其製備方式，針對於聚麩胺酸(γ- polyglutamic acid,γ- PGA)與非晶型磷酸鈣(amorphous calcium phosphate, ACP)之複合組成，應用於口腔保健之功能性產品。 本研究之構想在應用聚麩胺酸具備與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合以穩定其非晶性結構、及良好之口腔附著性，製成γ-PGA-ACP 複合物，提供良好之牙齒表面附著性，用以預防齲齒，幫助牙齒結構之修復，提供一適合各族群之口腔保健複合物。 本發明係有關於一種口腔保健用之磷酸鈣複合物及其組合物，此磷酸鈣複合物由聚麩胺酸(γ-polyglutamic acid/γ-PGA)與非晶性磷酸鈣(amorphous calcium phosphate/ ACP)螯合所形成，形成核殼結構，具防止非晶性磷酸鈣之相轉變結晶化以維持其高溶解度。此磷酸鈣複合物具有優異的黏膜附著性，可增加在口腔中滯留時間，緩衝口中酸性，幫助牙齒結構之修復，達到預防及改善齲齒等口腔保健效果。 An oral care of compound and a method for preparing the same are disclosrd. Particulary, polyglutamic acid(γ-PGA) and amorphous calcium phosphate(ACP) complex applied for functional products of the oral care. The idea of this invention applied the γ-PGA to make a γ-PGA-ACP complex, used for stabilized the amorphous structure of ACP and offering the good adhesion to the tooth surface. It is not only prevent oral cavity, but also repair helping the tooth structure.
