石墨氧化物製備方法

本發明藉由電漿電解程序及超音波振盪,可在相對低溫、一般壓力及非常短的時間內,且不需濃縮酸及強氧化劑,即可產生石墨氧化物。本發明可利用氣相電漿包膜(Vapor plasma envelope)產熱效應,因此電漿電解程序是生產石墨氧化物的有效方法。就目前已得到的資訊,本發明是首次利用電漿電解程序,由石墨直接製備石墨氧化物,而不需任何事先純化。本發明之電漿電解程序相當具潛力,因為可使用許多種類的材料(例如回收石墨電極),因此具有低本、易製備、高效率及環境友善。 Our characterization data reveal that swelled GO can be synthesized through a combination of plasma electrolytic processing and ultrasonic vibration at relatively low temperature under atmospheric pressure within a very short period of time, without the need for concentrated acids or strong oxidizing agents. The plasma electrolytic process is a very efficient means of synthesizing GO because it takes advantage of the VPE calorific effect. To the best of our knowledge, this paper provides the first example of the use of a plasma electrolytic process for the preparation of GO directly from graphite, without requiring any prior purification. This plasma electrolytic process is quite promising because it can be performed using various starting materials (e.g., recycled GEs) with low cost, simple setup, high efficiency, and environmental friendliness.
