技術說明

目前市面上並無足部末端血管之觀測器具，若要觀察血管的變化與否，通常是使用電腦斷層掃描（CT）或是數位減法血管攝影術（DSA）這類的精密醫療儀器，代價昂貴，而且必須到醫院才可做此追蹤。 此一通用型人體手足末端血管量化分析儀，雖是以足部末端血管觀測為設計中心理念，應用在手部末端血管的觀察也十分適用，可以經由焦距調控以觀察感興趣之部份手足末端血管，亦可經由調控觀察整個手部末端與足部末端血管。透過本系統可以輔助臨床醫師、以及一般使用者做血管影像之擷取、分析與個人資料庫之建立，方便觀察與長期追蹤；亦可以透過血管影像之量化參數如碎形維度及血管直徑比率做為臨床診斷或居家觀察之依據， The designed system was utilized multiple infrared light sources and equipped the infrared camera and the personal computer (PC) to acquire the blood vessel images on human extremities. Then the width、the width ratio and the fractal dimension of blood vessel can be computed through the developed program on PC. Nowadays, the blood vessel images captured by most commercial infrared camera were clearness and without the measurements of physiological parameters of blood vessel. To get the high quality blood vessel image, the designed system focuses to the arrangements of light sources and the processing of images. Not only the designed system was also calibrated by photonics system and phantoms, but the data bank of patient can be set up to perform the long tern monitoring program with designed system
