光聚合彈性體之製造方法

本發明有關一種光聚合生物相容與分解彈性體及其製造方法和應用,係利用光共聚(copolymerization)反應,透過光起始自由基聚合反應之C=C雙鍵,將一改質的α-纖維素與一生物可降解材料之聚癸二酸甘油酯(poly-glycerol sebacate,簡稱PGS)進行光聚合反應,製備為一聚癸二酸甘油酯共聚纖維素之光聚合彈性體;其中該聚光聚合彈性體之物理特性在機械強度、伸長率,均有顯著增加。 The photo polymerization of modified cellulose with poly (glycerol sebacate) (PGS) was prepared in this invention. The results of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) indicated that the modified PGS-co-cellulose could be photo cured when an unsaturated monomer was successfully grafted onto PGS-co-cellulose prepolymer. It was obtained that the thermal degradation temperature, glass transition temperature, melting temperature, and crystallization temperature of the PGS-co-cellulose elastomers were significantly affected by the type and amount of the cellulose used. As a result, the corresponding tensile strength, elongation, and rigidity of the prepared elastomers were also significantly improved. It is demonstrated that the physical properties of the PGS elastomer can be tuned by photo copolymerizing with the modified cellulose.
