智能化斷路器整合管理系統、裝置及智能化分電箱

有鑑於傳統低壓斷路器無法量測出各迴路電流支援用電設備耗電量之計算,且因利用雙金屬片作為跳脫感測元件缺乏彈性及可能因機構問題無法正常啟斷電路,本專利運用微處理機與電流感測器(CT),整合至斷路器開關,而形成智能化斷路器,此一斷路器可量測出各迴路電流並計算電力消耗量,同時可根據斷路器供電回路連接設備之額定值,透過遠端主站,調整其跳脫設定值,確保供電回路及掛接設備之安全性,另外亦可配合時間電價或需量反應,由監控主站發出指令執行斷路器之遙控跳脫,達成節能減碳與智慧電能管理之雙重目標。 The conventional circuit breakers (CB) do not have the capability to measure the current for power calculation to support effective energy management system. By using the bimetal detection mechanism for CB, the malfunction is often introduced. Besides, the CB tripping current setting cannot be adjusted with the change of appliances connected. This patent proposes an intelligent circuit breaker management module by integrating the microprocessors and current sensors. After measuring the current flow, the power consumption of appliances served by the circuit breaker can be determined. The CB tripping current setting can also be adjusted remotely according to the rated loading of appliances connected. This intelligent module will provide backup protection for bimetal tripping mechanism of circuit breakers.
