冷熱兩用電子保溫容器

計劃中文摘要 關鍵詞:熱電式冷卻器,性能改善 熱電式冷卻器,因具有可攜帶性體積輕巧、無運轉動件、低耗電功率、無噪音、無維修保養、使用壽命長久及環保(不使用CFC冷媒)等特點,被廣泛應用在消費性家電產品、電子電路冷卻、精密量測醫療保存及軍事用途。然而,其系統之性能係數(COP)低及冷卻能力不大為其缺點,吾人曾對多種市售之熱電冷卻器進行性能測試,發現其整體熱電冷卻系統之COP約僅熱電晶片額定值之1/5,如此大之差異顯示許多熱電冷卻系統在吸熱與散熱設計及不恰當,也意謂若系統性能有極大改善之空間。 本計劃將著重於熱電式冷卻系統之性能改善及冷熱端熱傳設計改善,首先以商業化之熱電冷卻系統電腦模擬分析程式,並探討影響系統性能之重要參數以作為系統改善分析之重要參考。再者,將對既有多種商業化機組(實驗室既有)進行性能測試與量測,尋求性能改善設計之可行方式,並著手製作一實驗級熱電冷卻系統,以作為系統性能改善比較之重要依據與驗證理論模擬之參考,並求得性能改善之量化數據。最後,將熱電冷卻系統所建立之技術與量測之性能資料,針對熱電式系統之特點,提出多種應用設計構想與不同應用之評估研究,可作為熱電式冷卻系統在設計與應用上之重要參考依據。 Keywords: Thermoelectric cooler, performances improvement Thermoelectric cooler has the advantage of being portable, simple, compact, low power consumption, noiseless, reliable, and environmentally benign, it is widely used in various products such as appliances, precision instruments, medical and military facilities. However, the coefficient of performances (COP) and the cooling capacity of the thermoelectric coolers available in the open market are relatively low. Many performance tests were actually conducted by us for some units which are currently on the market. The estimated COP of the whole thermoelectric module was only one fifth of the rated value. The big difference in COP value between the thermoelectric cell and the whole thermoelectric cooling system indicates the design of heat transfer, on either cold end side or hot end side, or on both sides, is inadequate. Therefore, it is quite meaningful to improve the COP value for compact thermoelectric cooling systems.
