技術說明

一種光電元件的結構及其製造方法，首先提供第一電極，接著在第一電極上形成電洞傳輸層，然後在電洞傳輸層上形成光電材料層，之後在光電材料層上形成電子傳輸層，以及在電子傳輸層上形成第二電極；本發明之光電材料層可選擇為光活性材料層或發光材料層以製造光電伏元件或發光二極體元件，具有相當之應用性，而電子傳輸層為奈米級材料層，可提高電子的傳輸效率以及光電元件的效率。 本發明之光電元件的結構，當選擇光活性材料層作為結構中的光電材料層時，本發明之光電元件可製造成為光電伏元件。而當選擇發光材料層作為光電材料層時，本發明之光電元件則可製造成為發光二極體元件。本發明在產品的製造上具有相當大的彈性，因此具有產業上的利用性。 A photoelectric device and fabrication method is disclosed. Firstly, a first electrode is provided. A hole transport layer is formed on the first electrode. A photoelectric material layer is formed on the hole transport layer. An electron transport layer is then formed on the photoelectric material layer. A second electrode is formed on the electron transport layer. The photoelectric material layer of the invention can select a photoactive layer or a luminescence material layer to fabricate photovoltaic elements or light emitting diodes. The electron transport layer is nano material layer, thereby increasing the transport efficiency for electrons and the efficiency of photoelectric elements.
