技術說明

本發明揭示一種添加劑的概念，發展出含有添加血清中特定成份的細胞培養基，目前市面上細胞培養基多以達爾伯克氏改良伊格爾氏培養基(DMEM)、達爾伯克氏改良伊格爾氏培養基添加F12 (DMEM/F12)……等為主，本發明的主要構想係是將胎牛血清(Fetal Bovine serum, FBS)的特定成份以添加劑的方式，與達爾伯克氏改良伊格爾氏培養基添加F12及N2添加劑(N2 supplement)混合後用於培養細胞，發展出一個有複方調控功能的培養基，以利於一般使用者可以用於培養細胞，進而利用本發明之培養基來調控培養細胞的行為。 This invention is an idea similar to supplument. The medium is a culture medium that cell culture medium containing the specific components of serum. The main component of commercial cell mediums are Dulbecco's modification of Eagle's medium Dulbecco (DMEM) and Dulbecco's modification of Eagle's medium Dulbecco/F12 (DMEM/F12) etc., therefore, the main idea of this invention is that developing a multifunction cell culture medium, which DMEM/F12 containing specific components of serum and N2 supplement, it is convenient for user mediating of the behaviors of cell that user want to further study.
