本發明實施例提供一種生物感測器包括基板、電極層、導電高分子層以及指標生物材料。電極層配置於基板上。導電高分子層配置於電極層上且部分覆蓋於基板上。指標生物材料配置於導電高分子層上，其中目標物質與指標生物材料產生一化學反應，而化學反應降低導電高分子層的導電度。 A biosensor includes a substrate, an electrode layer, a conductive polymer layer and a bio-recognizing element. The electrode layer is disposed on the substrate. The conductive polymer layer is disposed on the electrode layer and partially covers the substrate. The bio-recognizing element is disposed on the conductive polymer layer. A chemical reaction takes place between the object and the bio-recognizing element, and the chemical reaction decreases the conductivity of the conductive polymer layer. A biosensor includes a substrate, an electrode layer, a conductive polymer layer and a bio-recognizing element. The electrode layer is disposed on the substrate. The conductive polymer layer is disposed on the electrode layer and partially covers the substrate. The bio-recognizing element is disposed on the conductive polymer layer. A chemical reaction takes place between the object and the bio-recognizing element, and the chemical reaction decreases the conductivity of the conductive polymer layer.
