技術說明

一種雙模式讀取電路，適用於讀取一電流型感測器所產生的一感測電流。該雙模式讀取電路包含一電容式轉阻放大器、一取樣保持器及一切換器。該電容式轉阻放大器包括一用以將感測電流轉為一積分電壓的積分電容、一第一電晶體及一第二電晶體。該取樣保持器用於對積分電容之電壓進行取樣保持並提供一輸出電壓，該切換器電連接於該電容式轉阻放大器。該雙模式讀取電路藉由該切換器操作於第一模式及第二模式，分別用於讀取兩種不同類型的感測器，針對該感測器的類型而調整適合的電路讀取模式。 Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a dual-mode capacitive transimpedance amplifier, and a read-out device incorporating the same that can overcome the aforesaid drawbacks of the prior art. According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a dual-mode capacitive transimpedance amplifier for a detector unit capable of generating first and second detection currents flowing respectively in opposite directions.
