技術說明

本發明係提出一種新方法，使得語音系統能夠根據不同的來電者而自動調整目錄結構與內容資訊，並取代以往固定式系 統結構（亦即系統的結構是固定住的，無法依據來電者的不同，而自行調整並給予較佳的目錄結構，以提升服務系統之 效率），以人工智慧演算動態調整並改善系統目錄結構與內容資訊後，用更有效率的方式給予不同來電者不同的語音目 錄結構與內容資訊，幫助來電者更快速地達成來電目的（如：完成訂餐、掛號、或訂單查詢等等），能大幅度減少來電 者的等待時間，並提升使用效率與滿意度。 The current invention provides a method for intelligently adjusting the menu-structure of a voice application system and providing different callers with different and more suitable menu-structure, content, and information. Past caller on-line behaviors(Example：waiting time or transactions, etc.) are used o estimate and adjust the menu-structure of a voice application system for providing better menu orders and enhancing system efficiency. These estimations are used to improve the order of menus in a voice application system in order to maximize the achievement for service and system efficiency oriented objectives, such as system efficiency, maintaining cost, time, customer satisfaction, sales or revenues. Various stochastic and deterministic optimization functions can be used for the purpose of optimization.
