銲道三維影像檢測裝置及其檢測方法

3D影像式掃描技術乃以光學偵測原理量測物體之3D數位資料,可應用於醫學影像、工業、生物力學及3D視覺應用。銲道之外觀影響銲件的強度,不良的銲道外觀造成應力集中使銲件強度減弱。凹陷的銲道形狀致使銲道斷面面積減少,導至銲件損壞;過於凸起的銲道形狀產生較大的集中應力,減少疲勞壽命。銲道之外觀大多使用目視檢查,本計畫整合3D掃描技術及點雲數位運算分析,以T型填角銲施加不同之銲接電流及速率參數,進行3D影像式掃描以獲得高精準度及更有效率之銲道數位資料,並依據電銲規範判斷銲道品質,作為驗證3D影像式掃描技術應用在鋼結構施工之銲接檢測。 The 3D image-scanning technology used the image scanning technology of the optical detection principle's measurement object. Unacceptable profile is a weld defect which produces stress concentration that reduces the weld strength. Insufficient weld that reduces the cross-sectional area of the weld may cause premature failure. Excessive convexity acts as a stress riser that reduces the fatigue strength. Visual inspection is most widely used tool to evaluate the weld profile of a weld, this study integrated 3D scanning technique and point cloud digital analysis and used the welding current and speed parameters of different T-shaped welding to obtain high precision and efficient method weld digital data, the acceptability of the weld quality based on the welding code was to serve as a comprehensive inspection in testing the profile of the weld, to verify the engineering application of the 3D image scanning systems in weld of steel construction.
