技術說明

本功能性驗證之檢測裝置，其包括探針、波導管以及第一微型天線。探針包括前端部及貫通部。貫通部之第一端穿過探針之第一表面而形成第一開口，而貫通部之第二端穿過前端部而形成第二開口。波導管設置於貫通部內。第一微型天線安裝於第二開口且與波導管電性連接。根據毫米波波長，縮小傳統天線和縮短傳輸波導管成一般晶片探針大小，用於量測小型天線的近場和遠場特性。毫米波波長只有幾個mm或是不到1mm，所以晶片天線也只有1mm左右。加上毫米波經過空氣衰減十分可觀，所以減少天線大小可以縮短天線量測距離，大幅提昇量測的接收功率，提高訊號和雜訊比。 A detector device for functional certification includes a probe, a waveguide and a first micro-antenna. The probe includes a tip portion and a through-portion, wherein an end of the through-portion penetrates a first surface of the probe to form a first opening, and an opposite end of the through-portion penetrates the tip portion to form a second opening. The waveguide is disposed in the through-portion. The first micro-antenna is installed in the second opening and electrically connected with the waveguide.
