技術說明

本發明係提出一種基於形態動態法之肺血管腫瘤偵測方法及裝置，其用以：在肺部電腦斷層掃描三維影像中選擇複數個目標區域；為每一目標區域選定複數個關於電腦斷層掃描值的閥值區，其中每一閥值區係由電腦斷層掃描值之一上限值及一下限值所界定；以及針對每一目標區域適用不同的閥值區，以建立該目標區域的血管形態；並根據建立之血管形態判斷是否含有腫瘤形態特徵；每一目標區綜合複數個閥值區判斷腫瘤特徵之結果，決定此目標區是否含有腫瘤。 The present invention discloses a method for nodules detection in pulmonary vessels using morphological dynamic approach and apparatus thereof, comprising the following steps: selecting a plurality of target areas from three-dimensional lung computed tomography images; determining a plurality of threshold areas with regard to computed tomography for each target area, wherein each threshold area is defined by a upper limit value and a lower limit value of the computed tomography; and applying different threshold areas for each of the target areas to establish the vascular morphology of the target area. Each vascular morphology of the target area is classified into either likely-to-be-nodule or likely-to-be-non-nodule. Each target area is determined to be a nodule or a non-nodule based on the comprehensive results.
