技術說明

本發明或創作係藉由超臨界流體萃取(supercritical fluid extraction) 方式以純化及分離最佳生理活性之牛樟芝(Antrodia camphorate)成分Ergosterol(簡稱EK100)，探討其是否可用來治療腎病變。以STZ誘導腎臟病變之ICR小鼠模式量測EK100的治療效果，結果證實EK100可抑制血液胰島素、血液尿素氮、血液肌酸酐及血液白蛋白/肌酸酐(Albumin/Creatinine Ratio, ACR)之比值；亦可進一步抑制α-平滑肌肌動蛋白(α-SMA)的表現，故EK100具備有效減緩或治療小鼠腎臟病變之能力。 The present invention or creation by supercritical fluid extraction (supercritical fluid extraction) the best way to purify and separate the physiological activity of Antrodia camphorata component Ergosterol (referred EK100), to explore whether it can be used to treat kidney disease.
