技術說明

本發明是在提供一種醫藥組合物之用途，其係用以製備抑制腫瘤細胞增生之藥物。利用醫藥組合物係由卡瓦胡椒素B (Flavokawain B, FKB)和化療藥物所組成，其中化療藥物為阿黴素(doxorubicin)或順鉑(cisplatin)。抑制腫瘤細胞增生之藥物可為抑制胃癌細胞增生之藥物。本發明之醫藥組合物中所含的化療藥物有效劑量遠低於臨床上的使用劑量，藉此可減少化療藥物的使用量，以減少化療藥物所引起的副作用。 The present invention is to provide the use of a pharmaceutical composition, which is an effective preparation of drugs for inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells.
