技術說明

本發明係有關於一種超級電容器電極之製備方法，其步驟包括：(A) 提供一碳基材以及一含磷前驅物，並以重量比1:100至1000:1均勻混合該碳基材及該含磷前驅物； (B) 加熱該碳基材及該含磷前驅物之混合物至300~1100˚C，以獲得一磷摻雜基材；以及(C) 塗佈該磷摻雜基材於一集電極上，或直接以該磷摻雜基材堆疊形成一導電膜，從而形成一超級電容器之電極。本發明亦有關於一種超級電容器，包括：一第一電極；一第二電極；以及一電解質，其可夾置於該第一電極及該第二電極之間；其中，該第一電極及該第二電極之至少一者可為如上述超級電容器電極之製備方法製造之電極。 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an electrode of a supercapacitor, comprising: (A) providing a substrate and a precursor containing phosphor, and mixing the substrate and the precursor containing phosphor at a ratio of 1:100 ~ 1000:1 in weight; (B) heating the substrate and the precursor containing phosphor to 300-1100˚C for obtaining a P-doping substrate; and (C) disposing the P-doping substrate on a current collector or stacking the P-doping substrate as a conductive film for forming an electrode of a supercapacitor. The present invention also relates to a supercapacitor, which comprises: a first electrode; a secondary electrode; and an electrolyte that is interposed between the first electrode and the secondary electrode, wherein at least one of the first electrode and the secondary electrode is made of the above-mentioned method.
