技術說明

一種經電噴灑輔助之熱脫附游離裝置、質譜儀，以及質譜分析方法，該熱脫附游離裝置用於一質譜儀，該質譜儀包含一質量分析器，以及一偵測器，該熱脫附游離裝置包含一電噴灑單元，及一熱脫附單元。該熱脫附單元包括一樣品載台，及一與該樣品載台對應設置的加熱器。該加熱器能加熱一樣品內的液體，使該樣品內的液體直接霧化成為含有至少一待測物的微液滴。利用該加熱器取代雷射光束，不但能有效降低成本，還可以使該樣品內的液體直接霧化成為含有至少一待測物的微液滴，之後再以電噴灑游離法進行游離，進而適用於小分子或大分子的分析上。 The invention provides an Electrospray thermal desorption ionization device adapted for use in a mass spectrometer which includes a mass analyzer, and a detector. Said thermal desorption ionization device comprises an electrospray unit, and s thermal desorption unit. Said thermal desorption unit comprises a sample stage and a heater. The heater is adapted to rapidly heat up the sample, which can then be ionized using the Electrospray unit. By utilizing said heater to replace conventional nebulization means such as laser or ultrasound, the device can be manufactured at a lower cost.
