技術說明

本發明揭露一種模具系統，更明確的說，本發明係提供了一種內縮型模具系統，其係大致包含有一外模、一內模以及一第一圖案層。在使用時，該外模以及該內模之間係形成有一可調整大小的通道以供該工件容置於其中並藉該第一圖案層來產生該具有圖案結構的工件。本發明與先前技術最大的相異之處在於本發明的模具系統得於管狀工件的內側表面或外側表面同時或擇一地形成有一圖案結構。解決了習知技術無法於工件之各個表面形成圖案結構的缺點，也解決了所屬技術領域均存在已久的問題。 The present invention discloses a molding system, more specifically, the present invention discloses an internally deforming molding system, it generally comprises an outer mold, an inner mold and a first pattern layer. While in actual practice, an adjustable gap is formed between the outer mold and the inner mold for accommodating a work piece therein. Furthermore, by the first pattern layer, the work piece with a pattern structure on the surface thereof can be formed by the present invention. One of the major differences among the present invention and the prior arts is that the system of the present invention is capable of optionally or simultaneously forming the pattern structure on the inner surface or the outer surface of the work piece, solving the long last problem of the art.
