技術說明

一種寬頻帶高頻濾波器，其係利用一個開路共振子和一個短路共振子構成的超物質傳輸線，達到60 GHz頻段帶通濾波效果的濾波器。此濾波器之所以會擁有超寬頻允許帶，是兩個共振子在其共振模態下耦合的結果。其結果顯示共振耦合後形成的超寬頻帶可分為兩個部份，及左手允許帶及右手允許帶，這兩個允許帶共同提供一個介於57.4 GHz和63.6 GHz間、頻寬6.2 GHz的允許帶。此濾波器的禁止帶從57.4 GHz向下延伸至直流，從63.6 GHz向上延伸至109.4 GHz。上述特性皆說明此帶通濾波器可被應用於60 GHz頻段無線傳輸。 This is an ultra-wideband bandpass filter working at V-band and further meets the needs for the 60 GHz wireless communication. It utilizes metamaterial transmission lines comprising an open resonator and a short resonator in one unit cell. The ultra-wideband bandpass characteristic comes from the coupling of the four resonance modes owned by the two resonators. The passband is separated into a left-handed band and a right-handed band, and because of the two-handed response, the filter is able to provide a 6.2 GHz bandwidth within 57.4 GHz and 63.6 GHz. The stopband is from 57.4 GHz down to DC and from 63.6 GHz up to 109.4 GHz. These outstanding properties ensure that this bandpass filter is suitable for the 60 GHz wireless communication application.
