技術說明

本發明是一種具有多功能的四軸加工機，由水平橫向伺服刀具台，水平縱向、垂直向以及水平旋轉三個方向伺服的工作台所組成；立式刀具主軸以及拉溝刀桿均成垂直方向，以及臥式刀具主軸成水平橫向，分開的三個位置裝置在水平橫向刀具台，以個別的伺服馬達傳動刀具台及工作台，立式刀具主軸及臥式刀具主軸用來銑削及鑽孔工件，拉溝刀桿用來拉削工件及內孔表面開槽；以針對特定形狀及用途之零件於本發明之機台上完成你所想要的全部加工。 This invention is a four-axis type machine tool that is combined by a horizontally lateral servo tool table, a rotational worktable mounting on the table which is drived by individual servo motors in horizontally longitudinal and vertical motions. Vertical tool spindle, broach bar, and horizontal tool spindle are installed on three separated positions of tool table horizontally. The vertical spindle and horizontal spindle are used to mill and drill parts, broach is used to groove the inner surface of parts. This invention is a multi-function machine tool for manufacturing a work piece to specific shape by finishing on one machine.
