技術說明

長伸式曝光機，如德國ZEISS公司-ASML之方式（德國專利號DE19355198、DE19922209）與日本NIKON公司係以疊合式漸近曲率方式達到曝光之功能（如第3圖所示）；此外，為了節省材料，法國薩熱姆防務安全公司係採用DYSON折反式（中華人民共和國專利號CN101171546）將光路減少，使光在鏡組４０、５０內往返，因而減少鏡片之數量，惟在鏡組４０、５０及反射面２０、２２上必須採用二個非球面（如第4圖所示）；而上海微機電公司提出之曝光機（美國專利號US7746571 B2）所使用之方式也都採用類似之方式（或稱為長伸式）達到曝光之功能。然而，上述專利皆採用多個非球面鏡，其不僅在製作及組裝上困難，且在組裝時對機構之精度要求亦高，導致其製造成本高。故，ㄧ般習用者係無法符合使用者於實際使用時之所需。本發明採用球面及疊合式組裝，以單一非球面之三透鏡組及一球面鏡組及二種光學材料相互擺置完成之等倍率共光路曝光鏡組，可使曝光鏡頭之功能更易達到，並可直接影響製造成本，具有元件數少、光件易製（可滿足鏡片製作經驗公式）、校正簡單、抗色差、優化口徑比F/#及成本低之功效。 Conjugate Common Optical Path Lithography Lens with single aspheric surface.
