一種透過變位量推求隧道襯砌的應力變化之解析方法

本發明提出一種計算隧道襯砌應力之數值模擬方法,特別關於由前後兩監測斷面所構成之隧道單元,在兩個監測斷面具有相對運動時襯砌產生的應力變化及裂縫形態之模擬。該方法包含數值試驗模型建立、調整,於模型邊界施加數種單位變位及變形型態以進行檢核;將實際監測變位計算後拆解為以隧道單元或監測剖面為基準之相對變位分量及相對變形量,按大小排序後由大至小依序逐步加於模型邊界;模擬過程根據襯砌應力超過強度與否決定是否調降邊界變位分量,最後取得隧道襯砌應力,如襯砌應力超過強度則可同時獲得建議之襯砌裂縫型態。 This invention proposed a numerical modeling method for tunnel lining stress calculation. The method involves the stress variation and crack pattern produced by relative motion that exists in the tunnel unit separated by two monitoring profiles. In the invention, a numerical model was constructed and adjusted by adding several types of unit displacement and deformation mode on model boundaries. In-situ monitored displacement were decomposed into relative displacement components and relative deformation modes. Arranged in descending power, the relative displacement components and deformation modes were added on the numerical model boundaries one by one in sequence. The displacement component or deformation quantities will be scaled once lining stress exceeds the strength of lining material. Eventually, this invention provides stress variation of tunnel lining and lining crack patterns, which only exists only when lining stress exceeds lining strength.
