技術說明

本發明係為一種凸輪軸件之表面粗糙度的自動化光學量測系統，主要包括一計算機裝置、一雷射點光源、一機器視覺模組、一水平方向運動平台、一垂直方向運動平台、一迴轉運動平台及ㄧ精密迴轉夾頭模組。藉由精密迴轉夾頭模組夾持待測凸輪軸件進行分度間歇旋轉，並藉由線性運動平台與迴轉運動平台的搭配使雷射點光源照射到凸輪輪廓表面，然後使機器視覺模組進行雷射散射影像擷取，最後藉由對雷射散射影像進行影像處理與計算以獲得待測凸輪軸件的表面粗糙度值。 An automated optical measuring system for the surface roughness of camshaft workpieces includes a computer device, a laser point light source (LPLS), a machine vision (MV) module, a horizontal linear motion stage (HLMS), a vertical linear motion stage (VLMS), a rotary motion stage (RMS) and a precision rotating spindle chuck (PRSC) module. By using the PRSC module to hold and rotate the camshaft workpiece intermittently, and by using the HLMS, the VLMS and the RMS to make the spot light emitted from the LPLS reach the cam profile surface, the MV module can then capture the laser scattering image, and the surface roughness of the camshaft workpiece can then be calculated and obtained through image processing procedures for the laser scattering image.
