由於目前普遍使用PEDOT:PSS導電液,但是PEDOT:PSS導電液的導電率仍然不夠高,這也侷限了PEDOT:PSS導電液的使用及產品元件的效率,本發明的創作目的是提出一種簡單的改善PEDOT:PSS導電液之導電率的方法,有效使PEDOT:PSS導電液層能夠大幅提升導電率。製作方式主要是利用PEDOT:PSS導電液再摻雜山梨糖醇(sorbitol),當山梨糖醇加入PEDOT:PSS導電液後,薄膜塗佈完成後能夠使PEDOT及PSS兩種成份形成相分離,在烤箱烘烤過程中,山梨糖醇成份會從PEDOT:PSS層中蒸發,造成PEDOT:PSS層表面有較多的PEDOT(導電性較高)的顆粒。相較於未摻雜山梨糖醇的PEDOT:PSS導電液,加了山梨糖醇的PEDOT:PSS導電液在表面上會有較少的PSS(導電性很差),因為這個現象使得PEDOT:PSS的導電率提升了數十倍,效果十分顯著,因此本技術是一件值得提出的發明專利。 PEDOT:PSS has been commonly used, but its conductivity is still not high enough. This limited the application of the PEDOT:PSS and the performance of devices. The purpose of this invention is a simple method to improve the conductivity of the PEDOT:PSS. And this method make the conductivity of PEDOT:PSS increase dramatically. The method is that sorbitol was doped into PEDOT:PSS. When sorbitol was doped into PEDOT:PSS, the spin-coating film make phase separation of the PEDOT and PSS. And sorbitol was evaporated from PEDOT:PSS film in heating process. The phase separation causes the surface of the PEDOT:PSS film contain more PEDOT, which includes superior conductivity. On the other hand, the surface of the sorbitol-doped PEDOT:PSS film contains less PSS, which includes poor conductivity. This effect make the conductivity of sorbitol-doped PEDOT:PSS film was enhanced tens times. Thus, this technique is a worth mentioning invention patent.
