技術說明

醫療方面使用骨鑽頭之治療場合相當多，包括脊椎固定、齒顎矯正、一般骨折或斷裂之骨頭固定所用等。但通常骨鑽頭之材料常為麻田散鐵不鏽鋼，亦即原子排列是非常的規則和結晶狀之金屬或合金，由於其彈性限小於2%，因此於使用上若施力中心軸偏離法向量，常會有斷裂情形，而使手術不便。本發明係有關於一種醫療用鑽頭，該醫療用鑽頭之材質係為一非晶質合金，且該非晶質合金係為鋯基非晶質合金，該鋯基非晶質合金係包括45at%或以上之鋯金屬﹔其中，該醫療用鑽頭之抗拉強度為1500-2500MPa，且維氏硬度為400-750。此外，本發明亦有關於一種以鈦基非晶質合金為材質之醫療用鑽頭。 A medical drill is disclosed, which is made of amorphous alloy, the amorphous alloy is zirconium amorphous alloy comprising 45at% or above of zirconium, wherein the tensile strength of the medical drill is 1500-2500Mpa, and the Vicker's hardness of the medical drill is 400-750. Moreover, a medical drill made of titanium amorphous alloy is also disclosed.
