技術說明

目前政府大力振興台灣的經濟，行政院為提升台灣經濟發展，更提出振興台灣『六大產業，榮景 再現』政策，其中更以觀光業作為領航角色[http://www.ey.gov.tw/policy/3/index.html]，此政策 是政府未來要推動台灣六大新興關鍵產業，將以「觀光」串連各個產業，提振六大產業各項成果。所 以目前政府及各縣市政府都大力推廣觀光產業以提高地區競爭優勢，因此發展地方觀光展業是地方政 府首要目標，且目前政府正在建置全台無線網路環境的M-Taiwan 計畫，為目前的行動上網的旅客提 供更好旅遊景點的行動導覽服務。本計畫為「文化觀光景點行動導覽系統之建置研究」，是台南軟體 開發廠商-鴻泰資訊科技公司，為配合台南市政府發展台南市著名文化景點觀光發展計畫，利用QR Code 技術建置＂台南市文化觀光景點導覽系統＂，提供給遊客利用手機自動化的導覽服務；其運作方 式主要是利用行動載具(手機、PDA 等等)、Wireless、QR Code 、一些後端設備及應用程式開發（如 Server、基地台、資料庫等等）的結合，期望能達到快速有品質的自動化語音、動畫及文字導覽服務。 本計畫除了讓學生能掌握最新的資訊應用與業界同步接軌外，合作廠商亦可藉本計劃的研發成果應用 在台南市政府推動觀光計畫，並可持續延伸，激發出更多更好的相關應用，讓無線網路環境能多一些 旅遊相關的實務應用，進而提升台灣旅遊的產值。 The plan of “Research on Establishment o Guidance Service System for Cultural Resorts – A case study of Tainan City” utilizes QR Code technology to provide automatic guide serve. It also can use automatic guide in the sight-seeing resort serve. The main operation way utilizes combination of PDA, Wireless, and QR Code, some back apparatus and program to employ (such as Server, platform on the base, database, etc.). We wish to provide the quality of guidance mobile service of automatic pronunciations, amines and characters quickly. Introduce the mobile guiding service to help students to understand the up-to-date information technology and keep up with industry development. the cooperative manufacturer can also make use of the research and development achievement of this plan to extend continuously, stimulate out more better relevant application, let wireless network environment can more to travel relevant practice application, and then improve the output value that Taiwan travels.
