技術說明

Photoplethysmography (PPG)目前廣泛的被用來監測血氧飽和度以及評估動脈硬化程度。PPG主要分為穿透式PPG以及反射式PPG兩種;穿透式PPG為量測易被感測器接收到光源的部位,如手指、腳趾、耳朵等部位;反射式PPG則量測不易被感測器接收到光源的部位,如頭部、手臂、腿部、腹部、背部、頸部等。 然而光感測器接受光發射器光源時,易受到外在光源影響,或背景生物組織影響,有時會造成血管脈波訊號雜訊過大,增加後端評估受測者生理狀態的困難。此外,目前PPG多為單一發射源-單一感測器或者單一發射源-多感測器,而這些設計都是針對固定深度的光路徑訊號進行分析;本發明則是採用接收與發射陣列,量測不同深度的紅外光訊號,增加血氧偵測的敏感度與訊雜比。 Photoplethysmography (PPG) has been widely used to monitor user's blood oxygen level and stiffness of artery. The PPG can be mainly categorized into transmissive and reflective types. The measurement positions for transmissive PPG are often chosen at finger, toe and ear, while the reflective PPG is often applied to measure oxgen level at head, arm, leg, belly, back, and neck. However, the light detected by PPG receiver is usually noisy which could be interferenced by environmental noise or stray light. These interferences can cause instability in the received light and result in error detections. In this invention, we develope a novel PPG device which use a emmiter array to measure scattered light from different depths. The signals scattered from different depth can be further calcuate through mathematic methods to extract accurate information of blood oxgen concentration. The proposed method can effectively increase the sensitivity and SNR in PPG signals.
