雙無人機空污追蹤系統

本計畫結合ZigBee 、Wi-Fi無線通訊系統和4G網路通訊系統傳送飛行資訊和災害偵測如PM2.5感測器、水深測量、水流雜質密度和其他空污偵測設計一套可同時提供傳統固定式與可攜式之災害偵測資料,並結合無人機及地面監控站製作一套災害監控系統。而本系統也提供定位及辨識之功能,災害發生之位置將會即時傳送至監控端並給予識別號碼,以便監控人員可隨時瞭解災害可能發生之位置。災害監控系統,可裝載於無人機,並具有Wi-Fi 與4G網路資訊與影像無線傳輸之功能,能將災害現場即時傳送至地面人員之監控裝置,監控人員能快速了解現場狀況。透過本計畫所提出之系統可迅速偵測與追蹤災害發生之位置並避免災害擴散,並具備定位功能和災害防治人員所使用之救災監控系統,相互搭配建構一套具多功能且人性化之整合式系統,藉此有效提高救援速度及降低災害損失。PM2.5是大氣中 小於或等於2.5微米的顆粒物,富含大量的有毒、有害物質,且在大氣中停留時間長、傳輸距離遠,因而對人體健康和大氣環境質量的影響非常大。利用無人機監控空污區域具有快速回報與即時鎖定汙染源之優點,本計畫之產品可配合環保署之政策結合地面布建之測試點與空中機動之偵測系統,將可大幅提升空污防治之效果。 This project combines ZigBee, Wi-Fi wireless communication systems and 4G network communication systems to transmit flight information and disaster detection such as PM2.5 sensors, bathymetric measurements,water flow impurity densities and other air pollution measurements designed to provide both traditional stationary and portable hazard detection data, combined with UAV and ground monitoring station to make a disaster monitoring system. The system also provides the location and identification of the function, the location of the disaster will be transmitted to the monitoring terminal in real time and give the identification number, so that the monitoring staff can readily understand the location of the disaster may occur. Disaster monitoring system, can be loaded in the UAV, and has Wi-Fi and 4G network information and image Wireless transmission function, can be real-time disaster scene to the ground personnel monitoring devices,monitoring personnel can quickly understand the situation. Through the scheme, the system can quickly detect and trace the location of disasters and avoid the spread of disasters, and have the positioning function and disaster prevention and control personnel used by the disaster relief monitoring system, with each other to build a multifunctional and humanized integrated system, so as to effectively improve the rescue speed and reduce disaster losses. PM2.5 is a particulate matter less than or equal to 2.5 microns in the atmosphere, which is rich in poisonous and harmful substances and has a long stay in the atmosphere and long-distance transmission distance, so it has great influence on human health and the quality of atmosphere environment. Using UAV to monitor the air pollution area has the advantages of fast return and real-time lock pollution, the product of this plan can be combined with the Environmental Protection Department's policy and the ground cloth test point and aerial maneuver detection system, will greatly enhance the effect of air pollution prevention.
