技術說明

本發明係揭露一種快速關閉閥，其包含:一本體，其內部具有一腔室，於腔室之第一端壁面上設有一軸孔，且於該腔室靠近該第一端處設有一進氣孔及一出氣孔；一活塞組件，其包含一滑移軸及一活塞；其中該滑移軸穿設於該軸孔內；其中該活塞設於滑移軸之內端上，且活塞上套設有一線性軸承，該線性軸承貼靠於該腔室；一復歸彈性件，其朝該腔室之第一端頂推活塞；及一第一伸縮密封套，其令該活塞與該腔室之第一端間形成氣密空間，而藉由於活塞運動期間會產生相對摩擦之面上設以線性軸承以減少摩擦力，並另外設以伸縮密封套來製造氣密空間。 The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a fast closing shutter, which comprises a main body having a piston chamber, an shaft hole being corresponding to a first end of the piston chamber, an inlet and outlet being formed near the first end of the piston chamber; a piston assembly having a sliding shaft being slidably mounted through the shaft hole and a piston unit being mounted on an inner end of the sliding shaft and having an linear bearing being mounted around the piston unit and contacting an inside wall of the piston chamber; a resilient member pressing the piston unit toward the first end of the piston chamber; and a bellow being mounted between the main body and the piston unit to proof pneumatic leak. Consequently, the friction between the piston unit and the piston chamber during piston motion could be efficiently reduced and the air flow could be isolated still by the bellow.
