技術說明

1. 將磁性聯軸器之主動軸元件整合於馬達構件上，可以簡化整體機構、縮短動力傳輸路徑、以及減少裝配所需的軸向空間。 2. 馬達轉子與磁性聯軸器共用同一機件，可節省成本使整體機構更為緻密並減低重量。 3. 傳統馬達與機械式聯軸器以接觸傳動方式傳遞扭矩，而磁性聯軸器屬非接觸傳動裝置，不會產生機件的磨耗與能源的損失，使整合裝置的輸出更為平穩，減少可能產生的振動及噪音。 4. 對於磁性聯軸器而言，具有過載保護作用，當最大的傳動扭矩超過臨界扭矩時，只會造成聯軸器磁極之間的滑移，成為一過載的保護機制，降低對整合裝置以及整個傳動系統所造成的影響。 This patent is a magnetic coupling integrated with an axial-flux brushless motor to be a compact structural assembly. It consists of a shell, a stator, a shared toror, and an output shaft of the magnetic coupling. The stator is assembled in the shell, and the shared rotor is able to rotate and coaxial within the stator and assembled with permanent magnets and engaged with the stator. The torque ripple of the invented design is only 44.6% of the existing design. It effectively overcomes the shortcomings of traditional design.
