技術說明

本發明係提供一種石墨烯層轉印之方法，無需使用高分子材料作為支撐層，除避免傳統方式容易有高分子殘留之缺點，且能仍具備優異的材料性質。 The present invention provides a method for transferring graphene layer, free of any polymer materials as a supporting layer. The method does nor merely avoid remaining polymer materials on the graphene layer, but the product still also has excellent material properties.
