技術說明

一種液冷式散熱裝置，其散熱器包括一接近熱源的第一殼件、一第二殼件及一夾設於兩者之間的墊片。第一、第二殼件分別界定出第一、第二空間，且第二殼件具有至少一進液孔、自該進液孔的孔緣朝熱源方向延伸的套管及至少一出液孔，進液孔與出液孔數量不相等。墊片具有數量對應進液孔的第一穿孔，及多數個第二穿孔，該第一穿孔供該套管末端對應穿伸。進液管穿伸固定於該進液孔及套管；出液管穿伸固定於該出液孔。工作液體自該進液管進入該第一空間進行熱交換，通過該墊片的該等第二穿孔後進入第二空間，再從該出液管流出，藉此提高均流性。 A liquid cooled heat sink, heat sink, including the first shell near a heat source, a second shell and a folder located in between the pads.
