本發明係關於一種迴轉式自動鏟花裝置,設有一驅動組、一連桿組與一刀具組,該驅動組設有一結合架、一驅動馬達及一凸輪塊,該驅動馬達固設於該結合架內,該凸輪塊設於該結合架一側且設有一抵靠面,該連桿組與該驅動組相結合且設有一主框架、一上連桿、一下連桿、一連接桿及一滾輪,該主框架與該驅動馬達相結合,兩連桿係與該主框架及該連接桿相樞設結合,該滾輪可轉動地設於該上連桿上且與該抵靠面相貼靠,該刀具組與該連桿組相結合且設有一刀具架與一鏟刀,藉以提供一方便組裝使用、加工精度高且可自動鏟花的迴轉式自動鏟花裝置者。 an automatic measuring and scraping system is presented. The system is composed of a triangulation laser, an automatic scraping mechanism and a 3-axis moving stage, and is used for fast measuring and automatic scraping of the workpiece. A triangulation laser is setup on the Z-axis of 3-axis moving stage, and is utilized to measure the depth of the scraping workpiece. The developed on LabVIEW tool is used to setup moving path and detecting area, and is used to measure the variation of the scraping surface. The whole scraped profile can be scanned of depth about 5 to 20 μm under 100 mm/s moving velocity and provide the specific measuring parameters. In terms of automatic scraping, the scraping area and moving path are generated by the developed tool, and are used to operate the automatic scraping system to achieve the automatic scraping.
