技術說明

本發明之主要目的係在提供一種方法，俾能將於銅金屬薄銅片之上合成的石墨烯轉移至其他基板上作各式應用。 本發明之另一目的係在提供一種對僅僅一個原子厚度的石墨烯不造成傷害的方法，轉移石墨烯，並使其於轉移過程中可作表面處理或鍍膜以製成含多層石墨烯或多層石墨烯另加添其他物質之複合結構，供多元化元件之製造之用。 為達成上述目的，本發明提供一種轉移石墨烯方法，係包括下列步驟：(A) 提供一含石墨烯之銅片；(B)形成支持石墨烯片週圍之抗腐蝕框架；以及(C) 蝕刻銅片及其上面其他材料而留下由抗腐蝕框架支持的一片石墨烯；(D) 過程中石墨烯漂浮於液面，不受過度應力的傷害；(E) 漂浮於液面之石墨烯可隨液面下降而附著於基板上，或以舉起抗腐蝕框架將其舉起再放置於基板上。 The present invention relates to a method of transferring a graphene film, comprising: (A) providing a carrier, wherein the carrier has a first surface, and a second surface, and a first graphene is formed on the first surface; (B) placing a patterned protecting layer on the second surface of the carrier; (C) patterning the carrier to expose the first graphene film; (D) placing the first graphene film with the patterned carrier on a substrate; (E) removing the patterned carrier to transfer the first graphene film on the substrate.
