技術說明

本專利「多通道均流致昏器」是研製家禽人道致昏系統，開發電能處理應用創新產品，建立與協助推廣家禽人道致昏應用示範系統，培育生物機電整合應用科技人才。本專利所欲研製之系統，具有很高的創新及實用性，而且由於所使用之零件比現有市面上所使用的致昏器少，具有體積小之優勢。而且可以同時多組通道一起致昏達、到更高的致昏家禽的數量，加速人道屠宰家禽的流程，且能學會家禽人道屠宰的要求。在家禽人道致昏器設計上，採用模組化設計易於維護，對於家禽屠宰場而言，可以減維護成本，降低故障維護時間，以增加家禽屠宰的量。因此本專利所研製的家禽人道致昏器具備很高的市場競爭力。 關鍵字: 人道致昏、家禽致昏器 Humane Stunner and Killer for Poultry Applications” are to comply with our national animal welfare policies, to research on humane stunning and killing systems of poultry, to develop new products for power processing applications, to establish and to help promote the humane stunner and killer demonstration systems of poultry, and to incubate and educate the biomechatronic applications oriented engineers and researchers.In this research project, the designed systems are highly innovative and feasible.
