技術說明

過去研究顯示，菇類成分具有促進皮膚保健之功能，例如保濕、抗氧化及抗發炎等活性。子計畫三《以奈米脂質微粒技術開發菇類為皮膚美白機能性原料》主要針對杏鮑菇、巴西蘑菇及猴頭菇，分析其皮膚美白之功能，期開發皮膚保健產品。本實驗室預試驗發現杏鮑菇和巴西蘑菇的萃取物具有抑制酪胺酸酵素之活性。因此擬進一步探討其對人類黑色素細胞的黑色素形成、細胞凋亡及基因表現的影響，以了解其抑制機制。同時將開發上述菇類活性成分的奈米脂質微粒製程，以期在應用上能提高皮膚細胞的滲透與吸收率。 Sub-project 3 “Application of lipid nanoparticle technique to produce skin whiten agent from　mushrooms.”base on researches have shown that mushroom exhibits skin health improving functions, such as retaining moisture, antioxidant and anti-flammation. The project focuses on three kinds of potential mushrooms, Pleurotus eryngii (DC. exFr.) Quel, Agaricus blazei Murill and Hericium erinaceus (Bull. ex Fr）Pers., and the main goal is to analyze their skin whiten effects and to develop skin care agents.
