包含疏水性多孔二氧化矽氣凝膠複合薄膜的真空薄膜蒸餾裝置及真空薄膜蒸餾方法

本發明揭示一種適用於真空薄膜蒸餾裝置的疏水性多孔二氧化矽氣凝膠複合薄膜以及真空蒸餾方法。真空薄膜蒸餾裝置包含殼體以及疏水性多孔二氧化矽氣凝膠複合薄膜。殼體定義出中空腔體,且疏水性多孔二氧化矽氣凝膠複合薄膜容置於殼體中,且將中空腔體分為進料部以及滲透部,進料部用以通過含水分子之第一流體,滲透部用以收集包含該水分子之第二流體。疏水性多孔二氧化矽氣凝膠複合薄膜包含有多孔性氧化鋁薄膜以及多孔二氧化矽氣凝膠薄膜。多孔性氧化鋁薄膜包含複數個第一孔洞,第一孔洞之平均孔徑大於50奈米。而多孔二氧化矽氣凝膠薄膜則至少形成於多孔性氧化鋁薄膜朝向進料部之一側,並具有複數個第二孔洞,第二孔洞之平均孔徑為2~50奈米。並且,多孔二氧化矽氣凝膠薄膜係以甲基三甲氧基矽烷為前驅物並經溶膠凝膠合成法所形成。 The present invention discloses a hydrophobic porous silica aerogel composite membrane which is adapted for a vacuum distillation device and a vacuum membrane distillation method. The vacuum distillation device comprises a case and the hydrophobic porous silica aerogel composite membrane. The case defines a chamber and the hydrophobicaerogel composite membrane is accommodated in the chamber to divide the chamber into a feeding part and a permeate part. The feeding part is configured to feed a first fluid comprising a water molecule, and the permeate part is configured to collect a second fluid comprising the water molecule. The hydrophobic porous silica aerogel composite membrane comprises a porous aluminum oxide membrane that has a plurality of first pores with average diameter larger than 50 nm and a porous silica aerogel membrane that has a plurality of second pores of 2 to 50 nm and is formed on the side of the porous aluminum oxide membrane facing toward the feeding part.
