技術說明

一種萃取微藻中油脂的方法，包含：(a)混合醇及壓縮的二氧化碳，使壓縮的二氧化碳溶解於醇中，而形成二氧化碳膨脹醇液(CO2-expanded alcohol)，其中二氧化碳膨脹醇液的壓力為約400 psi至約1500 psi，二氧化碳膨脹醇液的溫度為約30℃至約65℃；以及(b)使二氧化碳膨脹醇液接觸含有油脂的多個微藻顆粒，讓些微藻顆粒中的油脂溶解在二氧化碳膨脹醇液中。在此亦揭露一種由微藻製造脂肪酸酯的方法。 A method of extracting lipids from microalgae, including the steps of: (a) mixing pressurized carbon dioxide (CO2) with liquid alcohol to form a CO2-expanded alcohol, wherein the pressure and temperature of the CO2- expanded alcohol are respectively about 400-1500 psi and 30℃-65℃; and (b) allowing the CO2-expanded alcohol to touch a plurality of microalgae particles containing lipids such that the CO2-expanded alcohol dissolve the lipids of the microalgae particles. A method of manufacturing fatty acid ester from microalgae is disclosed as well.
