技術說明

本發明係有關於一種降解戴奧辛同源物之生物試劑及其使用方法，其中本發明之生物試劑包括：一桿菌屬菌株(Bacillus sp.)、一紅球菌屬菌株(Rhodococcus erythropolis)、一藤黃微球菌屬菌株(Micrococcus luteus)或其組合，其中該桿菌屬菌株(Bacillus sp.)、該紅球菌屬菌株(Rhodococcus erythropolis)以及該藤黃微球菌屬菌株(Micrococcus luteus)係一好氧菌株。藉由本發明生物試劑之使用，可有效降解戴奧辛汙染土壤之戴奧辛濃度，以達到整治土壤的效果。 The present invention relates to a bio-reagent for degrading dioxin congeners and a method for using the same. The bio-reagent of the present invention comprises: a Bacillus sp., a Rhodococcus erythropolis, a Micrococcus luteus or a combination thereof, wherein the Bacillus sp., the Rhodococcus erythropolis and the Micrococcus luteus belong to aerobic bacteria. While using the bio-reagent of the present invention, dioxin congeners would be effectively degraded to achieve the bioremediation of the dioxin polluted soil.
