技術說明

一種光學流體速度感測裝置，包括：一光源，用以提供一入射光；一導管，用以供一流體流通；一光纖，位於該導管之中，用以傳導光線，包括：一起端，耦接至該光源，用以接收該入射光；一終端，具有一反射鏡，其中該反射鏡係用以反射該入射光以產生一反射光；以及一光柵，位於該光纖之中，用以調制該入射光及該反射光；以及一計算單元，耦接至該光纖之該起端，用以接收該反射光，並依據該光柵之長度、該反射光之功率對時間的關係計算該流體之流速。 An optical fluid-flow velocity sensing apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a light source for providing an incident light; a tube for a fluid to flow therein; an optical fiber, disposed in the tube for transmitting light, further including a start terminal, coupled to the light source, for receiving the incident light; an end terminal, having a mirror, for reflecting the incident light to produce an reflected light; and a fiber grating, disposed in the optical fiber, for modulating the incident and the reflected light; and a calculation unit, coupled to the start terminal of the optical fiber, for receiving the reflected light and calculating the flow velocity of the fluid according the length of the fiber grating and the relationship between optical power of the reflected light and time.
