技術說明

本發明係有關一種陰離子型共聚合物之製備。 在結構式中，式中，R1和R2係獨立選自H或具有1至10個碳原子之直鏈或分支鏈烷基；R3為CnH2n，且n為1至10之整數；R4係選自CO2X或SO3X，且X係選自H、鹼金屬或NH4；a為10至5000之整數；b為10到5000之整數。此外，亦提供一種陶瓷組成物，包括陶瓷粉體、作為分散劑的本發明之陰離子型共聚物及溶劑。本發明之分散劑能避免陶瓷粉末中的陽離子由組成物漿體中溶出，並提高該組成物所製得之生胚以及後續所燒結之胚體的密度，獲得優異的產品良率及電性。 This invention is about the preparation of an ionic copolymer. In the chemical structure of the polymer, R1 and R2 are H, NH4, or straight or branched alkyl chain with 1 to 10 carbon atoms; R3 is CnH2n, n is an integer from 1 to 10; R4 is either CO2X, or SO3X, x is H, alkali metal, or NH4; a is an integer from 10 to 5000; b is an integer from 10 to 5000. Besides, this invention also provides a ceramic composite including ceramic powder, anionic copolymer in this invention as a dispersant, and solvent。This invention can reduce the metal ions dissolved from the ceramic powder in the ceramic suspension. The resultant ceramic compact has higher green and sintered density, and better performance in terms of yield and dieclectric properties.
