本發明揭示一具有主動緩釋放效應之陶瓷材料及其製造方法。其結構包含一至少含矽和氧成分之多級孔結構,其中此多級孔結構包含一由複數介孔排列而成之孔壁及複數巨孔,且此孔壁分隔此複數巨孔;以及一奈米級金屬顆粒限域於此複數介孔的至少其中之一。此奈米級金屬顆粒在此陶瓷材料中具有主動緩釋放效應及抑制微生物成長或殺死微生物的特性。 The present application discloses a ceramic material having a positive slowly release effect and a method for manufacturing the same. The structure comprises a hierarchically meso-macroporous structure which composition at least comprising silicon and oxygen, wherein the hierarchically meso-macroporous structure is composed of a wall formed by a plurality of arranging mesopores and a plurality of macropores, and nano-scale metal particles confined in at least one of the plurality of arranging mesopores. The wall separates the plurality of macropores. The nano-scale metal particles have a positive slowly release effect and an inhibiting growth or killing microorganisms property in this ceramic material.
