技術說明

一種磨損偵測裝置，包含：一射頻辨識器，由外而內依序具有一隔離層、一非導電層及一射頻辨識標籤，該射頻辨識標籤記錄一物件之特定深度資料，該射頻辨識器植入於該物件之特定深度中，以於該物件磨損至該特定深度而磨除該隔離層時，由該射頻辨識標籤接收一電磁波之激發，產生提示該特定深度資料之一回傳信號；一讀取器，發射該電磁波至該物件，並接收該回傳信號，以讀取該特定深度資料；及一控制器，根據該特定深度資料，判定該物件已磨損至該特定深度而產生一警示信號。 An object wear detection device which includes an RFID case. This case contains an isolation layer, an non-conductive layer and an RFID tag. This RFID case is bured at certain depth under the object surface. When the object surface is word to that depth, the RFID tag can then receive electromagnetic wave from RFID reader and send back some preset information.
