技術說明

本發明揭露一種由海綿動物Carteriospongia sp.萃取出的如式(I)所示的Scalarane二倍半萜類以及如式(II)所示的meroditerpenoid。其中，R1為CH3或C2H5。式(I)及式(II)化合物可用於抑制癌症、作為拓樸異構酶II抑制劑及抗癌醫藥組合物。 The present invention discloses scalarane sesterterpenoids represented by formula (I) and meroditerpenoid represented by formula (II), which are extracted from Carteriospongia sp. sponge, where R1 is CH3 or C2H5. The compounds of formula (I) can be used to anticancer, act as a topoisomerase II inhibitor and a pharmaceutical composition for anticancer.
