技術說明

本發明涉及一種用於電子顯微鏡之樣品承載裝置，其包含一蓋件以及一基座。該蓋件包含一本體及一第一薄膜，該第一薄膜設置於該本體之一側，一凹槽形成於該本體並暴露該第一薄膜。該基座包含一基體部、一焊接部及一第二薄膜，該第二薄膜設置於該基體部之該下緣，一溝槽形成於該基體部並暴露該第二薄膜，而使該第二薄膜於垂直方向上與該第一薄膜相互對準，該焊接部以一金屬組合物焊接於該蓋件。本發明的目的是提供一種非接觸式電子顯微鏡系統的樣品承載裝置，其可放入固體、液體、氣體等任何型式的樣品，特別是需要與外界隔絕的樣品，並允許電子束、電磁波、光波、電場、磁場等物理量穿透樣品承載裝置進而與樣品作用。 The present invention relates to a specimen supporting device for electron microscope. The specimen supporting device includes a cover and a base. The cover includes a body and a first film, which is disposed on a side of the body. A concave is formed in the body and exposing the first film. The base includes a basal body, a soldering portion, and a second film, disposed on the bottom of the basal body. An indentation is formed in the basal body and exposing the second film to allow the second film to align with the first film in vertical direction. The soldering portion is soldered with the cover through a metal composition.
