技術說明

本申請案提出一種生物分子檢測系統包含新型的感測器元件和量測裝置及方法。此新型的感測器為結合週期梯度導膜共振及厚度梯度導模共振所形成的二維梯度之導模共振(two-dimensional gradient guided-mode resonance fiter)。此感測器的特色在於，藉由週期梯度達到大的量測範圍，同時利用厚度梯度達到高解析度量測。藉由適當的週期及厚度梯度設計，使整個感測晶片微型化，並達到量測範圍廣、解析度高、靈敏度高且高通量的量測。 The present application proposes a biomolecule detection system comprising a novel sensor and a measuring system and method. The new sensor is termed as two-dimensional gradient guided mode resonance formed by the combination of gradient grating period and gradient waveguide thickness guided-mode resonance. This sensor features a broad detection range with a gradient period, and a high-resolution measurement with a thickness gradient. With proper period and thickness gradient design, the entire sensing chip is miniaturized and has a wide detection range, high resolution and sensitivity, and high throughput.
