技術說明

硫酯（硫醇酯）是常用於有機合成和蛋白質合成的特用化學品。 在此，我們擬申請以羧酸，硫脲(thiourea)和麥克反應受體(Michael acceptor)為起始物合成硫酯的新反應專利。本製程可以在溫和的條件下進行此一鍋化、多單元的反應；且不需使用過去製備硫酯時，所常用的硫醇(常具惡臭)和活化羧酸所需要的試劑。因此本方法不需使用金屬催化劑、可以大幅降低製造成本與減少對環境的污染。我們也開發了新催化劑，用來提高本反應的效率。 Thioesters (thiol esters) are useful building blocks for organic synthesis and protein chemical synthesis. Herein, we report a new thioesterification using carboxylic acids, thioureas and Michael acceptors to generate thioesters. This one-pot, three-component reaction was performed under a mild condition, free of reactive, often stench thiols and the activating reagents, often required for the thioesterifications of carboxylic acids. We also developed the new catalysts to improve the efficiency of this reaction.
